Have been using the app and product for a little over a year now. Works great (the GPS isn’t real-time but close enough to keep track of my curious Shiba Inu) and the augmented reality feature is really cool. The clip I had that attached the device to the dog collar broke, and Paula from their customer support was more than helpful in helping me find a replacement part.

I am so thrilled to have finally found a product that I can use to track my cats in real time! Each spring for the past three years, when my two cats get spring fever and constantly barge the door whenever it’s opened, I feel sick to my stomach I may never see them again! So I began looking for something like this but three years ago, while I believe you may have been around, I’m thinking you were new and not a life of reviews just. So I waited . Last year, you were leader of the pack with reviews but if I recall, not as consistent as I would have liked, plus, I was concerned the GPS tracker might be a bit cumbersome for my one cat. What a difference a year makes! Congratulations on such consistently positive reviews! Those reviews prompted me to just place my order for two to place on my cats!!!! I’m so thrilled that I will finally have the piece of mind I’m looking for when they escape on me. Thanks for providing such a fantastic service for all us pet lovers! Tracker works flawlessly

I’m in the US and my husband and Henry (the cat) are in Switzerland. The peace of mind this device brings is enormous. The low battery warning is quite good. I check regularly and send screen shots as reminders. ? It’s not clear to me why I’m off one house number. (Admin set-up = correct) Henry lives at #24 and the tracker address says #25, which is across the street. Still, I can see from the map that he is home. This system ought to be made mandatory, although not sure how. If you don’t want to know, don’t look, but keep battery charged and collar on just in case. Tractive’s accuracy, in our experience, is perfect.

First day of vacation and we’ve already used the tracker when our 7-month-old puppy wandered out of sight. Turns out she was nosing around in the brush just down the bank from our house. She’s a working breed so isn’t inclined to run off, but the tracker gives peace of mind that interesting smells haven’t lured her far afield.
Setting it up was awful

Super awkward setting it up. The company seems more concerned about getting payment and setting up a payment plan then actually ensuring the product works. I was billed five times. Received a call from my credit card fraud department. Cc is now charged for a two year plan. I couldn’t change annual subscription to anything else. I don’t have a working racking devise yet. 48 hours later

Mine had problems from the start but ones I could live with. When I finally needed to have resolved, I told them about all the problems. I can say, they repaired all problems within a few days, way faster repairs by email support than any other I've dealt with. I hate email support, just call, I can explain in minutes. But this company made it worth it. Thanks

Hi I have written for 3 days to support email to return an order you sent me of an unopened Tractive 3G GPS asking for an RMA with no response. Yet you returned a personal email when the title was how to set up a paid account. Order # 600004647. I need an RMA for this
Can’t connect my tracker device

Having troubles connecting to my tracker device for my dog that I ordered. It doesn’t have a Id tracker number on it for me to add my device or scan a bar code...? What do I do from here ??? So I can get this to work
Using on two of my cats

Would give it a 5, but battery only last 2 days. Works great, can find them pretty spot on, love to know where they are at all times. They come in at night (we have coyotes), so I worry about them, but these work great when I need to get them in. They don’t seem to mind having them on at all.
