Great product, a few improvements would be awesome

Has helped me find my dog a ton. Let her off leash and she runs and we feel safe thanks to Tractive. Would love for future versions to have an alert when the 15 minute Live session is over and a way to extend Live without waiting for a session to expire. Great product and app!

As the owner of a boxer who can run for days at a time!! This tracker is FANTASTIC!!! I am able to see where he is. I can find him in a few minutes, rather than drive around for hours calling out for him! The gps signal is not an issue. You have cell coverage you won't have any problems using this! Battery life is ok. Can't go a few days with without changing, but it is easy to charge at night and it's ready to go in the morning! If you have a Houdini dog this will be the best purchase for you and your disappearing dog!!

We looked at lots of tracking solutions out there. This one was the best with its real time features. Battery life works well when you turn off when it's not on use. We can get a few days. Charges fairly fast.

Notifications are all over the place. I constantly receive false notification that my dogs have left the safe zone and sometimes do not receive notification when my dogs are actually gone. Customer service goes in circles without providing any real help.
