Can’t connect my tracker device – Tractive GPS for Dogs and Cats Review

Having troubles connecting to my tracker device for my dog that I ordered. It doesn’t have a Id tracker number on it for me to add my device or scan a bar code...? What do I do from here ??? So I can get this to work
