Horrible excuse for a financial services app

This app is a joke. I’ve been using it for 5 years now since I purchased my vehicle in 2015. Every freaking time I open the app and sign in I have to re-enable the “Touch ID” feature and accept the long winded user agreements. Even if I accept them, swipe to close the app, and go right back to it, I am again asked to accept the agreements. Such a joke. I’m almost finished paying off my loan and will be trilled when I can delete this app from my phone. Update this app to fix these problems. There’s no excuse for Toyota to be so far behind everyone else in the mobile app space. If I were them, I’d be embarrassed by this app.

There’s no option to keep you logged in, the app doesn’t remember username or password it’s annoying having to do everything manually every time you open the app. Also, every single time you log in you have to agree to the services, EVERY SINGLE TIME! That is so annoying, does the app not recognize that I agreed to its services like 1 million times already!! Deleting until updated

Can’t log in due to bad layout

I tried to log in today to verify a payment scheduled for yesterday has been processed. It presents me with a challenge “customer verification” question that I know the answer to, but I can’t submit it because an overlay (forgot answer / cancel) covers up the submit button. As long as that keeps me from logging in, the app is useless.

Toyota should be embarrassed at how dated this app is. I pay all my bills on my phone, and the mobile experience of this app is clunky, not optimized for newer phones, and just plain ugly. Please add Face ID and optimize the window size to fit iPhone 8 and newer!!

The functionality of the app is VERY limited, to the point where it’s easier to just use the website. There is no Face ID integration (only Touch ID), and most of the time the app payment function doesn’t even work. I’ll be deleting the app and using the site from now on. Do better, Toyota.
