Horrible - doesn’t work – Toyota Financial Services Review

I like to schedule when the payment will be made but the app would not allow me to do it. It would only show the current date. I tried to call the payment in but was told it was too soon to schedule it for the next due date. The customer rep asked if I would like to set it up to automatically be deducted from my checking account. He couldn’t take the info and set it up. Tried to do it on the app but no luck. Would you not think that an app with a rating of 2 would prompt their Technical Services Dept. to work on making the app more user friendly or at least work? And if your scheduled payment due date is on a weekend or holiday, but will not be processed until the next business day, I highly resent being told my payment is past due if I login on the next business day. It was scheduled for the correct date. It is not my fault if Toyota chooses to not process it on the due date. Other places have due dates on weekends or holidays as well but do not list your account as being past due in situations such as this. Please refrain from telling me to schedule it earlier to avoid this. I schedule payment for the due date. Hire IT people who know how to program to avoid this. You might get a rating over 2. Shameful. But.....as you can see nothing will ever be done to correct it. Look at all the other complaints lodged and no change. Don’t waste your time talking to anyone since it is laughable. They said they will pass it on. Comedy Central is missing one of its comedians.
