Cannot make payment on iPhone. There is not a “submit payment” tab or bar. Come on, all the money I am paying here and they cannot get a simple payment field correct.

The new interface is nice but the experience is clunky. The keyboard freezes and makes it hard to make a payment.

The app always lags and then it will freeze after I click one thing. I use it to make my car payments and it can barely do that without freezing.

I can’t even log in

I have been trying to set payments up in this app for 2 months and the furthest I’ve gotten is making a username and password. Every time I’ve come back and tried to use the app I get a message that says “looks like there’s a problem on our end, try again later”. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled, updated the app, gone online and tried to do things that way. No luck. I just want to make my payment without having to make multiple phone calls and jump through hoops each months. Ain’t nobody got time for that! 0 stars. ?

-This app doesn’t provide the summary of principle/ interest payments. -Doesn’t have any flexibility to prepay additional principal.

App doesn’t not work

This app doesn’t not work properly. I can see and manage all information in my account, but I can’t make a payment for my lease. There is no “swipe to pay” bottom. You just read privacy policy and that’s it you can’t swipe down.
