I won an item and can’t pay for it because it won’t load! I get error 103 every time since I won it!

Be very careful when shopping in this app. When the bid is awarded, the product is often different from the title. When the bid is awarded at a low price, the manufacturer will send a lower-level or even completely different product. When you complain, they will let you return the goods. Then I will pay you back, but this is not what we want. We pay time to browse each item. Pay time to mark the goods. What we want is the product we like and the correct product. Here I have complained and insisted on getting the goods that I won. But the app seems to be tacit The manufacturer did this and made me run a lot of usps. This is wrong. I believe that many people encounter the same situation as me. This will damage the credibility of this app

75% percent of my winning bids where sent to New York, even after confirming my address on each bid won. Its been a month and i am still waiting on my refunds.. This App is something else .. if i could ill gve this 0 stars ..

Y’all have no control Excuses u give us This site will not last Go to Amazon much better Lease u get the truth and not lies from many different people But check for yourself Site wack been waiting instead of them giving money back they push it to another mouth I’m a business owner what I tell customers is to screen shot and take them to court And 6 dollars turn more false act

I have an iPhone 12 and the app will randomly close on me. I just updated to latest version and uninstalled and reinstalled but still same.

I love this app have been bidding and winning not even mad when it takes months to get an item but now for over a month I can’t even open the app says something went wrong I have almost 30$ credits I want to know why even when I delete and download it again it still says it what’s up

This was an awesome app!! I’ve spent so much money in this site! I’ve only received two items so far. One being my bf’s and the other being mine. His being wireless head phones that are really cool! Mine was on the other hand, suppose to being a “Smart Watch” or a “Smart Watch Wrist Band”. But ended up being a cheap plastic fake watch! With a fake Wrist Band, that had instructions, instructing you to charge. With no charger! On top of that I know I spent way more money on that site. I am for sure missing items! But it gets worst! Now the app will not even open for me to be able to check the status of a known for sure Voucher to a hair salon! That in fact, charged me twice for. So I have two hair salon Vouchers that I can not get to. Can’t use it if I can’t get to it!!! ?? This was my Christmas!!! P.S. Forced me to rate in star status before I could send this!!! SMH ??‍♀️

It’s nice and fun to bid on things but I’ve had several things come in from USA and it would be broke or not even come in and when you try to return it they make you pay to send it back and you have to send it back to China. 19$ for me to return a tiny ring that weighs almost nothing. Cant return it back to where it come from like a dropshipping building so they make it where your stuck with what you get rather it broken or not. “This is not all sellers but some had lots of reviews stating they never received the package even though it says it was delivered. Tophatter needs to investigate those sellers who are scamming people and not sending anything and they say it’s your fault bc someone must have taken or been lost. I’ve seen 2 sellers today that have 1 star ratings and all the people say they never received the item and he won’t refund anyone. Tophatter needs to do something about those sellers. It’s not a coincidence that 20 people don’t receive items over 3 month period. It’s the seller. Not the buyer.

This website is a joke everything you buy comes from China takes months to show up if it shows up at all even if they don’t deliver it you still cannot get a refund even if you return things you still will not get a refund don’t buy anything don’t get this app it’s a waste of time it’s a waste of your money because they’ll just keep your money and never return it it’s a scam
