Lost all my info

I really don’t know what happens I if this happens to someone else but when I changed my phone to a new phone I have to transfer all my info from one phone to the other one including all the apps that I use all the time. When I try to to get in to this one and try to long in the app didn’t have my account it show like if I was a new member the app didn’t have all my info like my orders , my credit money , all my points not any info how so ever of my account that I have of my account from 3 years old and more. I used the page to comunícate with the support team couple of times I until today they haven’t responded about my issue I just need to have my old account back need help ? ??

Not receiving orders

I have ordered 15-20 items. Things aren’t arriving, something else is sent instead. They say they are passed on to local delivery but then are listed as delivered but haven’t been. 2 drawing tablet never delivered, 2 grow lights a different bulbs arrived, a high powered slingshot never came, 960 mile antenna never came, gun holster due now has not been delivered, sonic tooth cleaning system not delivered. I want the product not the money back. Seems anything I get a really good deal on doesn’t arrive. I’ve had problems with other China shopping houses (WISH) not sending things too but this is the worst.

I paid for 3 orders they were fine until I made an accidental bid and canceled it because it was sitting in my orders as unpaid and it canceled all my paid orders you canceled my orders took my money and I would really like it back this is not okay there is no way to contact you guys because your app is really buggy and it won’t let me open your responses I feel scammed and robbed this is over whelming my son was expecting these gifts

I have won a bunch of auctions and almost half never get to me. You can notify and get credit immediately but if you wanted it you still do. No way to contact them other than on last item ordered. They seem to have stopped the spinning and getting credits hourly too.
