WARNING, don’t be conned into buying from this app. First, I ordered several items that NEVER ARRIVED, but said delivered. Almost HALF OF MY ITEMS WHERE NEVER DELIVERED but claimed it was. So I can’t get my money back according to their rules. If it says delivered then it’s out of their hands. Second items that did arrive where not at all what the description said. Who ever is selling in here is bait and switching. Nothing on this site is worth it. It’s all over priced junk. Save your self the headache!!

Most of the things I’ve bid on and ordered were junk and nothing like pictured. I have items I ordered from August 2020, that still haven’t been delivered (today is Feb. 9, 2021). Don’t bother trying to request a refund, it won’t happen. Ladies, the mascara you’re bidding on, you can order on Amazon for less and have it delivered in 2 days. Another example is an area rug shown in the picture with an adult female standing on it, the rug was a decent size pictured. When it arrived, it was slightly larger than a mouse pad! Don’t waste your time.

I ordered several items. One was a few weeks late, another was over a month late and another never showed up at all. They give you a refund but the issue is I purchase something because I wanted it not because I wanted a refund Will not use again.

The items that I’ve ordered and actually received...for the most part have been good, but I have orders that were said to have been delivered that I never received.... A little leery about ordering again, I’ll be waiting until I receive my other items before placing any more bids from Tophatter.

I would NOT recommend using this app. I have received less that 50% of the items I have paid for and have only received a refund on have of those items. As far as the items I have received, the quality is very poor. Buyer beware!

Three to four months late Deliveries...I would like to cancel All my late Deliveries from Tophatter!!! I have repeatedly asked Tophatter to send me a credit to my card and they have refused. Beware!!!

It was good at first but in the middle of a purchase it crashes and says “oh dear something went wrong” like what ?!!!!!! Kinda sus too me

If an item is not delivered you have to wait 7 days before you can file a complaint. And when you file a complaint you have to wait 3 weeks to get any redress. That is like waiting 2 months and two weeks to get either your item or your money back.

I hate this app don’t use it it’s fake. I bought something and I never got it. Their all big scammers don’t trust them and sorry about the writing but it’s that I’m angry because their are scammers do DO not buy any thing here it’s all fake
