Great site sometimes stuff doesn't come in for a month and a half or, the seller just doesn't ever ship your item and half the refunds your supposed to get will never hit your account but nothing is done about it. Other than that great app!

I recently bought an old...ancient laptop..my phone company doesn't even support it!!! I purchased a 2nd laptop....the battery would not hold a charge....too much time has passed for any refunds .... I did mention it to "SOMEBODY" but nothing was ever done!!! I have just purchased ANOTHER REFURBISHED ONE....hoping that I will have better luck with this one!!! I have purchased jewelry & the gentleman that said it was "JUNK" was NOT KIDDING!!!

Well I love the app I have bought many things from them and it's always fun but my most recent purchase was not fun at all because the item I ordered was described as a iPhone 5s plus charger when I received turns out it was iPhone 5 charger and not 5s charger and they would not refund and send me a return label honestly it wasn't about the money but about the principle as I like the app but the people that work for them are inconsiderate and they are just being children regarding the issue by the way it is not much money at all

I was bidding on a Bluetooth watch and realized it wouldn't work for my phone. I ended up winning and it made me pay for it. I then asked for a refund because I wouldn't be able to use it. NO RESPONSE. So they ship the stupid thing out and I received it yesterday. It doesn't even charge. So I asked for a refund and wanted to ship it back. I spent $27 on it. They declined my request and said they would ship a new one? Why would I want a crap product???? Stay away! It's not worth it

I bid and won an item and they said it was delivered and it never arrived. Guess who was screwed? And I ordered another item during the same time and you cannot hear on the wireless blue tooth it is poor quality and very grainy. I have sent several messages to return but guess what? Yup. Poor customer service. I will be posting with the BBB and the FTC. Buyer beware and do yourself a HUGE favor and DON'T use tophatter!!!!

Everything I ordered and received was ok. Except.. One of the necklaces had a gemstone missing, I ordered 2 snake chains, only received one. When they ask you to rate an item... It says," We couldn't find what you are looking for!" I won't be ordering anything else! Poor customer service! Very Poor! Sorry guys, but you need to improve on this! I wouldn't recommend you to anyone b/c of this.

You really gotta read the description before bidding on things if you don't wanna feel like you got ripped but some of the things I've ordered are actually pretty nice!

I have bought a few different items that I love then I have also bought a few that I was disappointed with. I would like to see more Bohemian/ India jewelry and less of the cheap 99cent type.
