I've always been very happy with my order... As long as Tophatter exists, I will keep bidding and ordering...?

I have been on the site for a while now. I love it and purchased many things that was great and shipping is faster than excepted My problem, and why I gave 4 stars, I accidentally touched something and it said I won....I didn't want and there is no place to cancel. Now when I bid on somethings I can't because it takes me back to the pay, which I refuse to pay for.....maybe you fix that

98% of the things I order arrive with the time they say. There have been a few of the thing say they have been delivered and were not. I wrote to topphatter and told them what was missing and never heard from them never was refunded my money or never received what I had paid for. I love this app. And it is addicting lol but you really do need a phone number to speak with someone when question need to be answered. Thank you for everything else. I have told a great deal of friends that love this App too. Still will do business with you. Would like to know what happen to my things that I paid for.

You need to read and make sure you understand what you are bidding on, and expect to be disappointed once in awhile. The items on here are sold very cheap, so you don't lose much if you receive a total bust. But most of the items you receive will be pleasing. Great ideas for X-mas gifts.

I have order some things off this site and let me tell you Beware of this big bad wolf. I had placed an order in May and I still haven't recovered it yet and it's the middle of September .also five other orders since then, that's 93:00 later. I cannot deal with people like this. My best advice is to run the other way .Things are being shipped from other country's witch they say that it's working on there time not ours . To sir toppers why is it made to sound like there's one item and one seller when there not.That one item that they have all kinds of sizes. If tophaters reading this I would like someone to connect with me. My number is. 985-290-8221. I hope you not that stupid to see this number and call it out of fun. It will not be too funny.
