Pathetic excuse for an app – Tophatter: Closeout Deals Review

75% percent of my winning bids where sent to New York, even after confirming my address on each bid won. Its been a month and i am still waiting on my refunds.. This App is something else .. if i could ill gve this 0 stars ..
