I got this app to try and save money while getting my loved ones “unique” gifts. Unfortunately, everything is super cheap quality and from China. There is some good; Top Hatter holds the sellers accountable for getting the items to you as quick as possible. When they can’t, you will be refunded your money. There is nothing wrong with the app itself, as it works great. But you can get BETTER quality at your local dollar store.

I did not get what I paid for. Instead I got a 50 cent toy truck. No where near what I ordered and my debit card got hack and many charges were made. Don’t trust this app!!!!

Used to work now it just won’t load.

So for the last couple months the app has said to me oops there is an issue please check back later. Or something of that sort. Okay i guess, I’ve ordered before multiple times. And now I’m supposed to have a credit of money in my account. Now it’s been two months and I can’t even spend the cash? Sounds and feels like I’m being robbed. Not good. Can’t contact tech support cause the app won’t open. Thieves!

App is very slow! Shipping is even slower! Items come damaged, very low quality or sometimes don’t even come at all..tracking for some orders were delivered to different states. Some items were completely different than than the listing! From almost a dozen orders I actually got a few cheapie things and completely dissatisfied with every aspect from beginning to end. Only one plus, customer service is good about refunds for non shipmet/wrong items etc. Save your time/money..my 2 cents.

Charge you without receiving and never reply to help!

I have been charged for a few items and they don’t show up under my orders and I don’t receive them either! So they are quick to take my money, but NEVER reply to help resolve an issue and refund the money STOLEN from you!

This is one of the best online sites I have ever worked with. Thanks to Covid the mail has slow down a lot and many items unfortunately were delivered late or not at all. Tophatter stuck by their guarantee and gave me my money back for everything that either didn’t make it or was late.The best thing about Tophatter is even if they have refunded your money and the article shows up even if it’s just a week late they will let you keep the items and let you keep the refund.They are one of the few companies that if the quality of the item is not up to par they will also refund your money promptly.I have turned three of my friends onto Tophatter and they all love it too.I don’t usually do long with used the Tophatter deserve all the good things I am saying about them I highly recommend top hat to anyone that likes these type of auction sites.

Bought 9 items all are either never delivered or completely different than the info. This is fake crap DON'T DOWNLOAD IT. PLUS APPLE TO SHOULD REMOVE THIS.

I had high hopes for this app, based on the reviews. Unfortunately, the majority of the items I purchased were incredibly cheap. There was 1 item, out of 12, that was matched the description and was worth the price. The rest? IF they showed up they were terrible. The Dollar Tree has much higher quality. Save yourself time and money - skip this app.

I only received about half the stuff I “won”. It comes direct from China and is CRAP. Now I can’t even get in the app but it doesn’t matter because it only gives you credits for more useless crap when your useless crap never shows up. DO NOT waste your time on this junk.
