Poor customer service – Toluna Review
I downloaded the app, started doing surveys, was prompted to verify my email, which I did, but then the app wouldn’t let me log back in. I did the “forgot password” option but was not sent anything by email so I contacted customer service. They told me my account had been flagged, deactivated, goodbye! What kind of customer service is that? I have no idea what I supposedly did wrong and after reading several other poor reviews with the exact same issue, maybe this company needs to flag itself!
