Just experienced same thing with this app..Asked me a million questions & then said I didn’t “qualify”...:So much for a new opinion..?

Do NOT download this app. I signed up, did one survey, and then it kicked me out and wouldn’t allow me to login. It was clearly a glitch with the app. Not a big deal. However, when I emailed them about the issue they accused me of being fake (all of the information I gave them was my real information) and didn’t address the glitches in their system at all. I responded that I gave them accurate information and why would their system not allow me to login. (It still says I have an account. I forgot my password and it won’t send a reset...that was the glitch). Their responses make no sense and have been very sketchy. Don’t waste your time with these people.

I enjoy taking your surveys and receiving rewards. I would like to see some of the rewards available have a lower redemption point for redeeming them.

It’s take awhile to get surveys. For me I get a survey every 2-3 days. I was expecting to get them at least once a day

I got this app and I was on my very first in depth survey when about 20 minutes in it kicked me off of my account. Which first made me in able to redeem points from those 20 min as well as when I went to log back in it said my information was incorrect. When I hit the I forgot my password button it said my email was not in their system even though I have a previous email from them from when I verified my email. App is pretty useless I don’t recommend.

I don’t know what the good reviews are for ? This app is worthless.i won’t even give it 0 stars . I tried it for couple weeks and I’ve tried so many surveys and most of the time I’m not qualified and this is not the big issue.the problem is after spending more than 15 min on a survey it tells u sorry not qualified.

The Toluna experience is probably better on the web, but this app is probably the worst app I’ve downloaded. Doesn’t ever open, it freezes on any survey worth more than 15 points, and if you manage to open the survey worth more than 15, it’ll probably go until the end and then give an error message like it did for me every...single...time. I read reviews from a year ago saying it sucked maybe they’ll fix it... well here’s your update: they haven’t! I would rate this less than 1 star if I could. UPDATE: Toluna won’t even let me login to cancel my account! Fantastic...

So it works and then signs me out and I can never get back in I have the correct password and username and nothing So then I go to reset the password and I never get an email with instructions I email their staff directly and no response Don’t waste your time seems like they just want people to get an account and have then take a couple surveys but never pay out their points
