Having many problems with app

I am an iPhone user. Many people in our congregation is using this with no problem but there are some of us continuously having the same problems. I got the new version installed and gave one time, however it stopped working. Currently, the app states turn private browsing off. I have not change any settings. Please help.

Unable to delete account

Was unable to delete the account that I made after I realized that no churches or ministries I wanted to give to were available.

Have no idea why it switches to Safari for payments. Everything should be done in the app. They might as well not have an app and just have a mobile friendly website (sarcasm).

Needs improvement

A great app that lets me pay my tithes to my home church. A word for the app developers: Please ask around on Stack Overflow on how to create a webview within your app as to not have to exit the app into the browser to make a transaction. It is very possible to do this as many payment apps on the App Store and Play Store are able to do this all within their app. Until then, 3 stars.

Love the app, but question on donation

Hey there, so I see that you folks responded to a feedback given pertaining to donations. If we are not able to give donations through an app, how do other services like GoFundMe work around that? There has to be some time of work around, because GoFundMe allows users to give donations - whether if it's an individual or organization, through the GoFundMe app in the App Store. It would be really great to see this app develop more.
