I have friends who have no issues using this app. I, however, cannot even establish an account. When I go to the “Create Account” screen, it gives me an error message and will not allow me to even type in my name. Absolutely unacceptable. What a terrible application.

Doesn’t work with my iPhone 10XR

8 times I have been told that Stripe, a third party, needs more information from me. Been going on for over 7 weeks. I have been in the phone with Tithe.ly a dozen times and they say everything is ok.. do NOT use Tithe.ly.. I regret setting our church up with tithe.ly

App flat doesn’t work

Super pleased with the service as a whole, but the app doesn’t work...at least it hasn’t for me. If you click “give,” it actually does nothing.

I am an administrator about to launch. A when I go, to follow instructions given in their slideshow for the launch, I expect it to be up to date. Itnisn’t there is no ”search for nearest church” button, not is there is ”Give Now” button. So, unless this is the wrong app, they need to fix their junk.

Won’t work on iPhone

This app is so frustrating. I can give online on my computer just fine. But when I want to use the app on my iPhone, which is all the time, I click to give to my church and it goes to the Tithely website as a blank page. I try to give using the website on my phone-blank page. What good is an app if it isn’t usable?

Stopped using card

It worked great, then stopped using my debit card. I talked to the bank, no problems. Removed card and reloaded card. Still will not work. Website is the same. No joy. Lost me

Atrocious UX. Where to begin? The app, website, and whatever version of the website the app drives you to, none are consistent experiences. It’s more confusing for the app to exist than not since it’s use is so limited and clumsy. Why does the website show you things you can’t access unless you manage the church’s website? There’s UI crumbs all over the place. Why are Tithe.ly’s marketing links part of your profile page where one would intuitively go to see if payments processed, etc? It’s hard to tell what means what on every non-institutional page. Could thing thing they do respond to their support chats... in an email.

Stopped working

It’s been 3 months since the app stopped working. No updates or fixes, I end up being able to donate on the church’s website, but it never loads. The app is pointless.
