Pointless app

The app redirects me to a tithe.ly webpage. Seems pointless. It’s easier to give from the church website.

I’m trying to donate to my church from my home. It found the church nearest me (which is NOT the one I want to give to) and it won’t let me change to a different church. Also, I don’t like the way it switches back and forth between the app and their web site. I’ll be deleting this app.

This is by far the worst banking/transaction app I have never used. The interface isn’t user friendly, there is no easy way to log-in, the system glitches, and it even takes you out of the app to make a contribution. I only left one start because that was the minimum.

I really like this app but you need to provide a way to cancel a payment that you may have made a mistake. I believe you had that feature at one time.

Why does this app direct me to a browser interface? There’s literally no point to having this app take up space on my phone if it just leads me to my browser anyway. Edit: the last update was a year ago—maybe even longer. That explains a lot. Update: 4/20/20 This app is still terrible. Touch ID doesn’t work. I’ve given the app permission to use Touch ID so many times and every time I try to log in it always makes me input my password and pin and then asks again if I want to sign in with Touch ID ? you’d think with two years to work on it the latest update would actually make the app functional but all it does is make the green background a little less harsh.

I sent a tithe to my church using this app and as per my bank the transaction was successful but it never reached my church. Despite that I sent emails several times asking to solve this, I never got a solution and I don’t know where the money went. My banks solution is to dispute this money with my church , which I don’t find fair because it’s not my church fault
Fingerprint

Every time I sign in it ask me if I want to use the fingerprint to sign in for for future logs. I say yes and then go through the steps to set it up, but when I log in the next time I still have to sign in the long way. That is so aggravating! Is there a fingerprint option for real or no?

Every time I try to set up an account it gives an error before I can do anything. I saw someone else had issues on they iPhone 7, which is what I have. So maybe the issue is with the iPhone 7

It won’t even let me create an account! Says their is an error. I Have deleted it and re downloaded it And still does not work.
