Having many problems with app – Tithe.ly Review

I am an iPhone user. Many people in our congregation is using this with no problem but there are some of us continuously having the same problems. I got the new version installed and gave one time, however it stopped working. Currently, the app states turn private browsing off. I have not change any settings. Please help.
