Not very user friendly

Worse app I’ve ever tried to set up an account on. All I want to do is be able to conveniently give to my church. Aggravating trying set up. I realize I’m not the most technical person in the world, but I have set up account on numerous apps, this one…ugh! Guess I’ll keep writing checks old fashion style.

Everything about this app is horrible. Because it’s ran so poorly, I fear my information being stolen.
Just takes you to the website

It’s alright. The app itself literally doesn’t do anything. It gives you a few options to click and then takes you to their website to finish said option. It would actually be easier to just bookmark their website and load it up in your browser.
Don’t ever forget your password!!!

I love the premise of this app and it has done it’s job for us with giving to our church for quite sometime without problems. However, I needed to make a change with our giving and my old password wasn’t right and I tried to change it but that process is very broken!!!

I logged it and I have an app on my phone. Nothing works. Who did this app and how such a quality is allowed? This is the message that I keep getting. undefined is not an object (evaluating 'l.getters["auth/getOrgByAlias"](I).id')
Frustrating

This app is frustrating and does not deliver what promises. It says it takes Ape pay but it does not work at all.
Cost money, and takes too long to deposit.

I just want to put this out there for everyone so you can avoid using this app. We signed up for an app called Tithely and it has been an awful experience. They charge you if you use their service, meaning you the giver, and we had someone recently donate to us and it’s been a day shy of one week and we haven’t gotten the tithe yet. Here’s the real kicker; not only did we not get the tithe, somehow our account got over drafted so when we do get it it will be only half of the original tithe. None of this would be a concern to me and except that the site says get deposits daily, and then in another place says takes 2-4 days to get it, then in another days 4-7 business days. One would think you could get this information from the app itself? Nope, you have to go online and scour the website to find it. When I asked for help they did nothing to help except direct us back the FAQ that I had already read multiple times. Needless to say, we have gotten the money, now we actually owe money, and we’re frustrated with this service. If you want to tithe to us in the future please use the cash app. It’s simple, there are no fees, and it is instant without delay! We have never had a problem using the cash app. Thank you so much for everything you have blessed with and I pray that will be a blessing to you by navigating you away from this service!

Giving your tithes and offering as if you are ordering from starbucks or paying uber is a super great idea! But unlike the app mentioned, I hope Tithely will allow all transaction within the app rather than redirecting through a browser. I believe that’s MUST INCLUDED UPDATE.
Trying to create an account

I’ve tried every possible way to set up an account: church website; your app; then going to your website. In every case when I enter all my information and I hit submit, everything freezes! I’ve been unable to set up an account! Very frustrating!
