How is it the second generation of X phones are now available and your app still does not properly utilize the screen?

Great idea in concept, but I’m not sure of the point of the app since it just redirects to a web browser anyway. Frustrating to use for setting up and changing automated recurring giving. Better experience for me to just use the website for most things.

It opens to a blank page when I click give now. This App keeps malfunctioning making it difficult for me to use it. Every time they fix it, it defaults back to going to the blank screen again rather than the giving page. This needs to be fixed in order to be user friendly. There is no way to update the recurring giving amount. Adding a new recurring giving amount does not work either. I am getting very frustrated with this App. It needs a total overhaul in order to work for the users. Please fix it because I would love to use it to do my giving to the church. This should be easy and convenient but it is anything but.
Easy to use with great features

I just started using Tithe.ly for my church. I’m excited to see this in use. The app is easy to use. I’ve also been able to incorporate it into setting up a registration form for summer camp with online payment.
Bad UX/UI, bad data integrity, system bugs

I had automated giving set up for weekly tithe on Sundays. A bug in their system charged me again on a Tuesday. First of all, it takes so long to get in touch with a support person on the phone that I had to leave a voicemail. I eventually got in touch with someone thru the chat feature. He said he issued me a refund for the mistaken charge. When I checked the next day, the mistaken transaction record no longer exited on the app, and on the web portal, the dollar amount got changed to $0.00, but I hadn’t actually received a refund.
White screen malfunction

Worked great for a few weeks. Now I get the white screen of death. There is no updAte button on the app listing. I’ll try uninstall and download again.
What’s the point

Why does this app direct me to a browser interface? There’s literally no point to having this app take up space on my phone if it just leads me to my browser anyway. Edit: the last update was a year ago—maybe even longer. That explains a lot.
