Bad UX/UI, bad data integrity, system bugs – Tithe.ly Review

I had automated giving set up for weekly tithe on Sundays. A bug in their system charged me again on a Tuesday. First of all, it takes so long to get in touch with a support person on the phone that I had to leave a voicemail. I eventually got in touch with someone thru the chat feature. He said he issued me a refund for the mistaken charge. When I checked the next day, the mistaken transaction record no longer exited on the app, and on the web portal, the dollar amount got changed to $0.00, but I hadn’t actually received a refund.
