Atrocious UX – Tithe.ly Review

Atrocious UX. Where to begin? The app, website, and whatever version of the website the app drives you to, none are consistent experiences. It’s more confusing for the app to exist than not since it’s use is so limited and clumsy. Why does the website show you things you can’t access unless you manage the church’s website? There’s UI crumbs all over the place. Why are Tithe.ly’s marketing links part of your profile page where one would intuitively go to see if payments processed, etc? It’s hard to tell what means what on every non-institutional page. Could thing thing they do respond to their support chats... in an email.
