I paid for a subscription then thumbtack deactivated my account and hasn’t gotten back to me or nothing. I paid $65 twice just to get my account taken down. This app is trash don’t waste your time

The pros that thumbtack refereed Honest, punctual and professional Expect for 1 review some bad apples and there are very professional pros very user friendly interface
Cost of leads
Client and Pro
Clients have no idea that Pros are paying $15 for their leads. Many of them are just thinking about possibly doing the job or service and aren’t actually following through on their inquiry. They contact 5 or 6 pros then decide that they don’t want service for any of them. Pros all pay and thumbtack just rakes in the cash. Thumbtack is really bad for businesses.

You guys are screwing over good hardworking folks. This contractor did a great job and I couldn’t upload pictures of his work. Issues like that are ridiculous.

Thumbtack has been consistently efficient! I looked at the other sites listened to the “professionals” and by far thumbtack has the most knowledgeable and reasonable priced professionals of any of the three major sites (including Angie’s list, and HomeAdvisor/Both way over priced)
