I wasn't expecting to find many active accounts on here but I was pleasantly surprised. Right away did I receive bids and offers for the work I needed around my house. THUMBTACK is better than Angie's List and far better than Craigslist!

I’ve used Thumbtack as a professional for catering and to hire people for house maintenance, bartender, house cleaning, hauling , electrical, and event staff. Easy to use and you get immediate access to to type of people you need to find. Everyone should know about this app. Let’s all get to work and get help getting our stuff done with Thumbtack.

I want to make people aware that every pro that contacts the customer is charged between $6 and $30 (sometimes more). Some people start asking price for projects and they don’t have any serious intentions on completing it. As a pro I have spent hundreds of dollars on sending quotes to people that just aren’t serious about their projects. Just keep in mind that when you want a quote there will be 5 people contacting you and paying money to contact you in hopes of getting a job.
