The business itself: Pros: Great for buying. I love the fact that in all the listings of the articles, there are also actual measurements. This is extremely helpful especially knowing not all brands size clothing the same. This helped me ensure everything I ordered fit.. which is something difficult to do even in the store. I like the photos of front and back in great lighting. I like the idea of cheap but nice clothing and not having to leave my house and deal with people. Cons: Why aren’t there men’s clothing? You have literally everything except men’s clothes. The app: it’s seamless, extremely simple to use. No glitches, freezes, or failures. It’s better than most other retail apps also actually. Including targets because theirs freezes and probably just has too many things they want going on rather than keeping their eye on the prize. Great work on this app, guys!

Someone should be ashamed at how much they are essentially stealing from others. The cut for prices is very unfair. I sent in brand name with brand new tags and got less than 40 cents. It’s very disheartening to say the least.

My first Thred Up order arrived in that super cute packing. It’s like opening a present. The items even better than expected! I really like the consistency of the photos of the items. It makes it easier to compare items when shopping.

Clean out bags went from 4.99 to 10.99 . Terrible. This now feels like Thredup are the only ones getting a deal anymore!

Love the items but paying was kind of a hassle. Wouldn't take any of my credit cards, had to set up a pay pal.

I really like this idea and app. I can shop at night when I have nothing going on or on my breaks. I really love that I can send in my clothes and get credit for the store. Highly recommend!!!
