The programming labels are visible. Same account used to login in app as on web client shows areas NA Le to access.

From the tenant perspective it works. I can pay my rent. But the app is poorly built using some sort of a web browser wrapper which considerably lowers the quality of interactions with the app. Things gltich and lag, the app likes to "update" at unfortunate times like when filling out a form. Again, it works but it's not exactly a pleasant experience. I was fine having my bank send the check for me and even losing it occasionally

Completely useless. You can’t update your location, you can’t open the map, you can’t do nothing because “Oops there’s been an error”

Pretty sure I just got scammed by someone who used the app as a front to take my money in the form of a credit check. How do i get my money back? It wasn’t much, but I submitted all my personal info. An apartment was listed and I filled out the application. Next thing I know, the apartment is re-listed at double the rent by a different agent. The original listing magically disappeared within hours.

I’ve been on and off using this app as a tenant as I am pretty much a recluse that likes to just pay their dues and move on. Recently I’ve noticed that the app itself can have some bugs here and there. The most recent being where the app is loaded on my iPhone X and when opening it the app itself loads for a long time but never opens the app. It’s manageable as you can uninstall and reinstall but I don’t want to be doing this every time I’m setting up to pay my rent. Please take a look at this issue and if you need assistance recreating or video of the bug I can provide. Thanks.

I downloaded the app with high expectations as it was highly recommended on ipropertymanagement.com, but when I tried to create an account, I kept getting the error “Oops something went wrong” and I was never even able to try the functionality of the app. I don’t want this frustrating experience for my renters.

This app/website as a joke in fact I feel unsafe having my personal and financial information on it. It charges you a nominal $3.99 for what? It was my understanding I could run a debit card and earn points when paying my rent but instead in it had absolutely nothing to do with anything the app and website are a joke I highly recommend not recommending this.

This app is all you need. I hope to do e-signs from phone app in the future.

Every time I log into this app I find new errors. They constantly push out updates without regression testing so things that were working get broken and it is like random surprise every time I find something messed up that was set up correct before. For example, doubling my tenants deposit, deleted leases, clicking one appliance and then it opening another. Very frustrated with their process of rolling out updates. I can’t imagine what else is getting messed up that I can’t even find. I would never use this app if you have more that 3-4 properties until they fix their process.
