Slow and doesn't work

App has a lot of potential. But slow and many buttons don't do anything when you click on it. Literally unusable.


Keeps Logging Out.

Waaaaaaaaaaiiiiiiit

After Updating have to enter password every time I need to use it. Annoying to Enter Password every other time. Please Fix.


Terrible User Interface and functionality

Great idea but the execution is poor and lacking. The UI is totally unintuitive, hard to sign up and do anything. This has so much potential but who ever is designing and developing this app needs help. Maybe they can hire me to consult them.


Excellent service for the price

Overall 5 star for the features it provides for a fee app. Even $9/month is great price. Concerns/Room for improvement: Rental Application for applicants is confusing with not enough/easy access to sign up form. The applicant has to fill in all the details just to scroll down and learn they have to sign up. This was a frustrating experience for my applicants. When navigating from one page to another, lack of good visible buttons to navigate back. Not everyone uses android/windows phone that has a back key on the phone.

The convenience that this app provides with everything for contacts to applications is a critical tool for property management.

Yeah-buddy!

Great app for the money. Really helps with tracking income and expenses and it’s it’s great that it offers online payment for tenants. The navigation on the mobile app could use some improvements as far as the overall flow and accessibility of everything.


Reloads

Oh okay good

Every time I try to send a message to my landlord via the messenger on the app, it reloads while I’m typing and erases my message in the middle of me typing. Please fix this. I’m using latest version of iOS on IPhone X.

Do not bother to enter any information in either app or a website. They change rules and tabs without any logic or sense. Customer service does not exist. There is no one to talk to or to get help from. Complete waste of time.


Needs a lot of work.

The price really is too good to be true. The app seems to run well on my mobile, but other platforms work much better. The Dwolla online payment function has zero support, and TenantCloud customer support does not seem to know how to operate their own system. The customer support staff seem to be nice people, though.


What happened

This last update seems to have made the app unusable. When I open the app it’s asking to log in even though I’ve been logged in before. When I try to put in email and password as I am typing the screen refreshes and clears out what I entered. :( I’m unable to log in as this repeats when I try to enter credentials again
