I love this app and service! It is so easy to use and great time and money saver! I save my copay as well as missed time from work to make it to Appt. This will not help major health/illness concerns but great for common colds/various infections!

It’s very hit or miss. You either get a great doctor or a doctor who obviously can’t have their own practice because they would be ran out of town with the way they treat their patients. I sinus infections easily, I know whether or not I have one considering I get at least 4 a year. So when I say it’s a sinus infection and I need an antibiotic - I’m not saying that to waste my breathe. They don’t believe you and that’s why they are on Teladoc and not in their own practice or working at a well renowned hospital. Unfortunately it’s either this or use the urgent care in town because I go to college in a different state from where my parents live and my dad insurance doesn’t cover doctor visits out of state but covers anytime of medical care up to 90% instate.

I was expressing my concern to the doctor. Said that the doctors I saw through some other service is not good medicine (even though both are tele-services) then hung up on me. Never again.

Just finding this online wasn’t enough. If I didn’t find it in a way they asked me, I have to call and set things up. That’s a pain and won’t be happening.

Every time I contact this app and a supposed ‘doctor’ calls, I’m told they haven’t got s clue and I should go to the emergency room...thought the point of this app was to keep people out of the emergency room? Save your $10 for the ER copay and don’t bother with this app.

The app itself is fine, but the doctors aren't allowed to prescribe as normal doctors do, so it was a complete waste of a copay since the doctor I spoke with, while kind and knowledgable, told me to go to my local Urgent Care clinic to get the prescription she's not allowed to prescribe. I tried Teledoc because my back is spasming, and driving to the local clinics is difficult. If Teledoc actually enabled the doctors to do their jobs, I'd be much happier with the service. As it is, I doubt I'll use it again.

I booked an hour in advance. But it said I couldn’t because I needed to book it...an hour in advance...so I chose an hour and 1/2. Was sent 1 notification telling me that NAME would be calling me at the appointed time. They never did. I got online and and located the nearest urgent care. I’m sitting here now writing this review. Then I get notifications stating if I don’t call them back I will be charged for the visit. So I call & guess what there’s a long wait time. Don’t use!!! Buyer Beware!!!

With 5 boys at home you can imagine the amount of time spent at doctors offices as they spread the flu and strep to each other. I can set them all up an appointment and never have to leave home except to get their medicine. This service is a life saver. I couldn’t be more happy. Thank you for getting with the times and keeping me out of the ER during cold season and not having a giant copay for the office visit is great.
