Poor design

Faster to go to the doc than to fill out the app's forms. Really poor app design. I gave up when it required me to input all my doctors' contact info. Why not just pull it from my Contacts? Redesign the app.
Awful App

I can’t even use the app. I’ve entered my address 15 times but it keeps telling me it’s not entered. Please fix your app so it’s actually usable!! I need to request an appointment but cannot due to “no address”. Get it together!
Not a replacement for a doctor consult

We had a rash on our infant and thought this service would work well since we couldn’t get in to see our pediatrician in time. We scheduled an appointment at 9pm but didn’t hear back from a doctor until 6am the next day. We did receive 3 calls in the middle of the night waking us and the baby to tell us we were in the queue (11:30, 3, and 4am). The doctor consult was reasonable and a medication was provided. After a day of using the medicine we had concerns about her condition worsening and wether what we were seeing was a side effect of the medicine. We were told we would have to pay for another consult to answer those questions. If we pay any more we will pay for a doctor who is accountable for the diagnosis and handles follow up. Goodbye Teladoc.

Ear ache

I just signed up for Teladoc this morning. I had woken up with an earache and congestion. Within minutes I entered my medical history, requested a visit, and received a call from a doctor. A prescription was sent to my pharmacy. This service was quick and easy! The doctor was friendly and knowledgeable. This is my first experience with Teladoc, but so far I think it’s fantastic!
Waste of Storage Space

Deleting App. 2 requests placed and both times was I referred to a clinic/urgent care/PCP. It’s a great idea but the execution is horrible.
Waste of time and money

I scheduled an appointment only for the doctor to tell me they can’t treat minors for ear pain as of 6 months ago. So they’ve had 6 months to figure out how to make parents aware of this new development but instead they let you schedule the appointment and not help you so they can still collect your money. Scam artists. When I was signing up I had to input my child’s age and what the problem was (ear pain) so at that point they should have had some kind of pop up that said they would not be able to help and to consult a live doctor.

I have used Teladoc since 2015 for after hours and other times when seeing my Family Doctor isn't an option. Teladoc has always measured beyond my expectations and the Doc's diagnosis has been right on target. Thank you Teladoc!!
Worthless

Misdiagnosed first time and I had the flu. Second try the doc never called me back after a 4 hour wait. Worthless!
