Needs Fixing

Shows inaccurate results on my 2014 Chevy Cruze such as having battery problems when there isn’t. Doesn’t track fuel history like it says it will. Wi-Fi is slow at Best. The only thing I like about this product is the roadside assistance which I now have through OnStar and may cancel this when the contract is up, unless the issues are fixed!

The apps doesn’t read the same bad issue the computer show me on the board. I have a BMW 328i 2007
No trip history on iPhone 10

Version 2.6.0 stopped showing trip history. Before this version the trip history and beginning and end of a trip notifications worked.
It's ok ... but lacking

Need update for iPhone X. Displaying MPG in trip history would be a nice addition

Has yet to be updated for iPhone x screen size. There is no way to combine trips. If you are on one long run every time you start stop the car it's considered a seperate trip. Disturbance detection does not work.

It was working but then it randomly stopped giving me notifications. Everything is how it was and is turned on but it won’t tell me when I have a disturbance or anything. I looked and my last notifications were 4 days ago. It just won’t load and it’s up to date with the software.

My Sync Up Drive device was removed for an emissions test and the app will not show any updated data since that date which was over 2 weeks ago. I have tried restarting and resetting the actual device and uninstalling then re-installing the app. Neither worked. Prior to this issue I loved it. It has been extremely difficult trying to find a solution. I’m waiting for Tmobile customer service to tell me what to do.

They finally updated the firmware so that the gps actually updates while I drive. Until now, I used to look at a 30 minute drive and it would have 5 gps points so I’d be flying across rivers and towns on the map making the device essentially useless for what I wanted to do. Which was to track my mileage for work. But now it works, almost a year and half after I received the device. And after a phone call to support about a year ago. I do not trust this company with their products. Only reason I kept it was because the device and data line are free. And it worked in another vehicle. Also not updated for the iPhone X display. And it randomly logs me out every once in awhile.
