It’s a great idea, the sync up drive but, it ha SO MANY BUGS. It misreads my top speed, probably my efficiency and stuff as well. It also alerted that my battery might be bad. Thank goodness I went to AAA and asked them to check my battery. It was good! I would have lost money because of the Sync Up. Also, my internet keeps turning on by itself.

Good except for how it exactly....isn’t.

We installed this on our daughter’s Jeep Liberty to give us peace of mind re: location, fuel level, roadside assistance etc. We of course assumed that the most significant possible event (a crash), would also be reported: it wasn’t. She was in a significant crash where airbags came out and injuries occurred. There was NO report to us. It would seem as if this thing can “sense” someone bumping the car, it should be able to sense the kinds of forces involved in a crash. My guess is the dismissive response will be that something like device-access to an airbag PID would be required and that “Jeep doesn’t make that available through OBD-2”, but if that’s the case, the device itself should have some additional kind of (de)ccelerometer in it to provide that function itself. We were able to monitor the car being towed to the wrecking yard though. How nice.

The only thing that would make this app more useful to me would be if, instead of "disturbance 2 hours ago" it actually had a time stamp For example "at 7:04 am your vehicle may have been bumped" That would be much more user friendly Hopefully I'll see this in the future.

Need to add Business only Export history

Needs to have an option to export Business only trips Also when exporting it doesn’t tell you if it was marked as a Business trip

The app has been showing that I have an issue ( Evaporative system leak) (loose gas cap) test there is no message from the onboard computer and when checked by mechanic everything is good. However, there is nowhere to remove the warning from the app (although web instructions say it can be removed from within the app). The app needs to be fixed or rewritten from scratch. After the update the app went from bad to worse and I gave it 1 star. After the update the app has gone from bad to worse. Now the app co Stanton disconnects and stops providing ANY information on the vehicle. TOTALLY REGTET GETTING AND PAYING for this garbage.

I would like to have more options like lock or unlock the car through the app, or sound the horn for more safety features and better locating the car.

Great, but there’s at least a 10 minute time lapse. Not good if someone causes damage.

Needs more details on trip, for example, being able to select a point on a trip and see the speed that the vehicle was traveling kinda like how forward thinking does there data. Also, it really needs to stop asking to turn on alerts every time I open the app, it’s rather annoying.

This is the best app and should come with all cars when you get a new car. This app is so amazing and even lets you find your car when you forgot where you parked try it out and you will wonder how you got along without it before it does everything but drives the car
