Out of sync – SyncUP DRIVE Legacy Review

My Sync Up Drive device was removed for an emissions test and the app will not show any updated data since that date which was over 2 weeks ago. I have tried restarting and resetting the actual device and uninstalling then re-installing the app. Neither worked. Prior to this issue I loved it. It has been extremely difficult trying to find a solution. I’m waiting for Tmobile customer service to tell me what to do.
