I think this program could be a little bit more friendly for it users

The idea is good, but I wish I could see my car’s actual maintenance record, and reason for needing maintenance, rather than a cut and paste from the owner’s manual. A portal for CARFAX would be perfect.

This device "Sync Up Drive" is very helpful for driver who drives frequently and park car in the street. Driver can get alerted if anything got wrong in the engine and attempted theft. This is very helpful device for driver, no doubt.

This app / device will only record things if I slam my car door as far as if something hits my car it will not pick up anything ( tested it out) and I thought one of the updates was going to let you know if your tires were low ? I wish I could rate it higher but right now I’m not a fan of this device .

The app is been getting better with every update , this service would be better if It had a web portal like the Sprint Drive. I would like to be able to see my vehicles on a screen as opposed to a phone .

BUGS and MISSING Basic Features

I turned off the HotSpot after getting home and when I tried to turn it back on it kept saying the device was offline or to try to start the engine. The car had the engine on and I had strong reception. No matter what I did it would make me wait a minute to say device offline. Had to reset the device and start over because of this bug. It also wont let me update the name of the network or password without giving errors such as above. Please fix this asap since its a major function thats broken. Extra NEEDED features: ATNT keeps the hotspot going with the car off providing the data through the phone. Why cant Tmobile do the same? On top of just offering 2GB while Atnt offers 22GB. At least add such a needed feature. Also the reason why a lot are jumping over to Atnts device. Who wants to keep the car engine on for a hotspot? What about campers? How about use the gps data to estimate an amount of fuel left in x hours. Again based on gps data calculate how much fuel was spent? Why it doesnt show how much Data I have Left? Why I cant see what percentage of battery the device has left? What if my car battery dies and stops charging the sync up drive because I havent drove in a while? Would be nice to know the device isnt dead. We should also be able to update Gas since it tends to be very outdated. Theres stations extremely close to my home that have no price here. So whats the point of the service then? Gas buddy is much more accurate, lets users report prices and its free...... So Im paying for an inferior version?
