The app said there was a critical issue, cylinder misfire and at the same time said the battery was good so I paid for a diagnostic and the only thing that was wrong was the battery. It also falls out and logs you out.

Love getting notifications if there’s ever a disturbance at my car while I’m away from it. Trip mileage tracking works well too.
Can no longer log onto App

I have tried for the past week to log onto this app. It does not recognize my phone number or PW. This makes this devices worthless to me as I use it to monitor my teens driving. T-Mobile was no help. The app designer never responded. Now what?

Does anyone else have issues with this ? Good lord !!!!! Apparently this new app I can’t get into because my email and phone number are always busy ! My app notifies me at least 20 min or so later after my truck leaves. Anyways how do I work this stupid new app????? My truck is having issues and I need to find out what’s going on !!!! Help !
Disturbance notification every time I start my car

The SyncUp Drive would be great if the device knew the difference between you starting your own car and it being bumped. I get a disturbance notification every time I start my car and after looking through the T-Mobile Community this appears to be an issue that’s been happening for over a year now. Everything else with the app is great but this false notification is extremely annoying and I’m ready to just return the device.

This device is completely useless, notification comes 10-15 min late. Speed of the Hotspot no more than 2 Mbps, when on the phone it shows 20 Mbps at the same location. If I didn't get this device & service for free I would damp it long time ago.

The app keeps logging out for no reason, other than that, the app works fine.

For the past few days it doesn’t show locations or map of were I’ve drove. All it says vehicle moved from unknown location

So far SyncUP is working well. But it said battery low and when I checked the battery with certified mechanic, test was normal. Can you figure a more accurate assessment with this device, because it would have cost me a new battery.
