The only thing that is at all useful is the mileage tracking for business. The alerts are so late that if the car was stolen it would be miles away before I knew it was even disrupted. After I’ve driven 3 or 4 miles it tells me I started a trip and the geofencing is useless.

Very good app for optimizing vehicle performance and roadside assistance ??

This may not work for all vehicles, but it works just fine for mine. I am able to give my wife a heads up when she is out and about and low on fuel. The alerts are accurate and pretty timely, usually less than a minute from occurring. Tracking has been pretty spot on too. If I had a complaint, it would be that the app does not always remember my log in (seems to occur after an OS update) so I am unsure which side is in error. Other than that, I recommend it very strongly.

I love the SyncUP device, everything is working except the amount of fuel in the car. It allows me to select Low Fuel notification but it doesn’t show how much fuel i have in the car itself as it shows in the pictures. It follows my trips perfectly, the hotspot works and it’s easy to use. I would love to know why my compatible vehicle isn’t showing the fuel overview or icon for fuel levels in the app. My car is a 2016 Toyota Corolla LE and the website says my car is fully compatible. So is this a bug or a faulty device ?

App will sign you out from being login in to the app but will still get notifications on any disturbances.

I always have issue with the every time it is updated for instance it will show my cars on the road and out of the blue it says your device has been unplugged, I check on the cars and it has not been unplugged. Also I want to personalize the color, name, and the picture and save it but you once I got check it on the app it goes back to default. This second issue gets fixed and then unfixed! It is terrible!!!! Just get it right ASAP.

My SyncUP has worked fine in my current and previous cars. I use it to complement my AAADrive account. If I have any complaint, it is with the reporting of “rapid acceleration”. It is hard to understand getting rapid acceleration reported while driving a 30 mph road.

The "disturbance" notification is pointless. Anytime I start the car, it logs it as a disturbance. So I dismiss the notification. I'm so used to dismissing all notifications that if a real disturbance happened, I wouldn't notice. Needs improvement. It does report error codes to help you diagnose check engine light. That's a plus. But just now, I clicked on a notification to see what that's about and the app opens not recognizing me. It forgot all credentials. Is that going to happen all the time now?
