Cannot even login

After Anthem updated their website for two-factor authentication, I cannot even login to the Sydney app. There is an error message popping up that “a threat has been identified” and I need to call their phone number. I can login to the website without any problems, but the Sidney app is utterly useless. I called their phone number and the technic person tried to find out what happening but could not identify the problem. They entered a ticket telling me that I would get an email to resolve this issue. Nothing happened. Under these circumstances, Sydney Health is completely useless. Zero stars.

I am happy to give an update. I was finally contacted by Logann. Logann has worked hard to get the information I need with allowing me to keep my dignity because I am disabled and I have an extremely hard time with comprehension and concentration . Logann is laying out a plan that I can understand and that is greatly needed and appreciated. If I continue to get this type of help so I can be as healthy as I am able to be I will be thrilled. The app itself seems to be improving almost daily with the suggestions and complaints being addressed promptly by the developer.

I have tried and tried to log in for months now and still have not been able to do so. I keep getting an error every time. I would like to be able to use this app as it is the only app to use for anthem.

This app is generally terrible. Sure, it looks pretty, but here are the problems I’ve experienced in the first 5 minutes of use: 1. Froze 2 times 2. Unable to view claims 3. Unable to view copays, deductibles, or any figures whatsoever other than past claims. 4. Crashed twice, had to restart. Froze on loading screen. 5. Didn’t save my login information, or my registration of Face ID 6. Can’t chat with Sydney after she takes me to “benefits” 7. Can’t see any actual benefits unless I go to the website 8. Can’t search for doctors, experiencing difficulties What’s the point of an app if you can’t do anything on it and you need to go on the anthem website? Fix your bugs before making the previous app obsolete. There is way too much wrong and this is generally useless to me.

Can’t use health dashboard

I downloaded this to use the health dashboard feature and connect my health app to the app, and nothing works on it. I’ve tried reinstalling, it still won’t connect to Health and it won’t let me progress through the health challenges. It would be a nice perk in a plan if any of the features worked. Too bad!
