Best workout app

This workout app is, by far, the best one on the market. I strictly follow Stephanie Sanzo but all of the other trainers are amazing as well. I’ve never seen better results and it helps me structure my workouts. I’d give it 20 stars if I could.


Easy to make time for!

I’m a mama of four littles and I am able to make time for the 28 mins in my day which is not as easy at it sounds!!!! Always see results and I’m thankful to usually be joined by one or two of my children. Love being able to show them out health is important!!!


Flexibility and Variety

There are days you need a quick workout, days you need to work out from home, days you need to get away and go to the gym, days you want to focus on you shoulders, and days you need to slow down with yoga. Sweat offers all of this and more. I am stronger because I showed up and put in the work, but sweat is how I can do it with such ease. I recommend this app to anyone and everyone!

I have tried other workout apps for strength conditioning and high intensity interval training, but I just keep returning to Sweat. I really do think it’s the best one as it relates to the progressive improvement and feeling like you have your own personal trainer in the gym with you. I really enjoy the programs and the pace of the physical progressions. I’m definitely someone who needs someone else to set structure in their training workouts, and I really appreciate just being able to open the app, schedule my weeks workouts and know that I all I have to do is show up and do the work. Overtime I’ve really come to appreciate not just the physical improvements that I get from working out with this app but this real sense of being connected and part of a world of strong women making themselves stronger from the inside out. PS. Thanks for all the Spotify playlists they are definitely the thing that gets me going.

I have been using sweat for 2 years now own and off. This is the only app that I have EVER SEEN REAL RESULTS FROM!! I am using the Kelsey wells PWR at home but I also do tons of express workouts from all of the trainers!! Love this app!
