Amazed with Cut The Rope!

Awesome app. Makes the workouts easy to follow and I love that fitness and food are all organized on my phone. The how tos for the exercises are awesome as well. The demo photos help me get in the right form.

Don't waste your time or money. Incompetent customer service.

I had originally subscribed 3 months ago. I paused due to not finding much value from the app and starting personal training. After I while I decided to renewed on August 18, paid, saw the charge in my iTunes and bank statement. The app didn't grant me access immediately, fine. I'll give it 24 hours. Same thing each day I logged in it said my account was expired. I submitted a ticket... No response, I emailed again 2 weeks later, still with no access to the app. I asked for a refund, seemed fair enough to me. Nearly a MONTH later (after requesting and receiving my refund from Apple directly) I got a generic response from "Ashleigh" (full of puerile smiley face emojis as if that would make all my complaints go away) providing nothing more than a statement saying I was wrong... No offer to reset my subscription, no offer for a refund, nothing. What a waste of time. I would have gladly let this all go had I received appropriate customer service but the inane responses I received drove me to warn others.

Apple Watch app not working!

I love this app, but the new watch updated version is not working. I have restarted my watch and phone and do not see the app on my watch still! Please fix!!

Can't download app

So I was really excited when it was announced the Apple Watch version of this app was being released, but I can't download it on my watch. I can search it in the watch App Store, but it won't let me download it. I've tried deleting and reinstalling the iPhone app three times

Don't waste the money on this app!!! There is no way to get your money back if you get injured the first week and a doctor tells you to stop. You can get apps with similar content and you don't have to pay $55 every three months. You are paying for her brand, save your money!

Keeps charging after canceling!!

I have canceled my subscription and they keep charging me!! I have written to customer service 3 times and have gotten zero response. It's so infuriating! Don't waste your time and money with this girl's program. Invest in yourself, not this app!

I already own the guides and was excited about the app to make tracking workouts and progress easier, but $20/month for similar content that doesn't change much month-to-month seems greedy. Not worth the money when I can go to the ymca and have real-life instruction for a little more.

I would highly advise against signing up for this program. The workouts are very basic, and there are no variations given to make the exercises easier or harder depending on your level. It's very repetitive, and gets boring really quickly. With the endless types of exercises that exist, the narrow selection used in these workouts was frustrating. Some muscles groups get totally neglected. The app itself simply doesn't work -- I was not able to move any workouts around and workouts that I didn't do were marked as done and consequently unable to be changed. I appreciated the menus and found them helpful. But any redeeming value of this app is completely ruined by the fact that if you try to cancel, your emails will go on answered and money will continue to be debited from your bank account. There's no excuse for that. The app looks pretty, but no window dressing can hide a sub-par user experience and shady business practices.

Updated but iWatch not working

The phone app is working fine but would really like to start using on my iWatch. Was very happy to see they added this feature and I have updated the app. However, I have tried many times and it isn't working for iWatch yet. Hopefully will be fixed soon...
