Keep coming back to this app! – Sweat: Fitness App For Women Review

I have tried other workout apps for strength conditioning and high intensity interval training, but I just keep returning to Sweat. I really do think it’s the best one as it relates to the progressive improvement and feeling like you have your own personal trainer in the gym with you. I really enjoy the programs and the pace of the physical progressions. I’m definitely someone who needs someone else to set structure in their training workouts, and I really appreciate just being able to open the app, schedule my weeks workouts and know that I all I have to do is show up and do the work. Overtime I’ve really come to appreciate not just the physical improvements that I get from working out with this app but this real sense of being connected and part of a world of strong women making themselves stronger from the inside out. PS. Thanks for all the Spotify playlists they are definitely the thing that gets me going.
