I love this app! It has impacted my self view and fitness perspective positively. I can't wait to keep seeing more and more results!

Way too expensive. I already spent a couple hundred dollars on the guides and now $20/month? Seems a little ridiculous.

I wanted to love it but...

Hopingforimprovement

I was very excited to try this out. I lift weights but need a bit of a push to get the cardio and stretching in that I need so I thought this would be a great help. I'm only a few days in and there are some pretty major bugs for the cost of the program and the hype it's gotten. 1. Every time I do any type of cardio, the program crashes. Sometimes, it's at the beginning or middle but it somehow still sends workout related alerts on time. Other times, it crashes at the end and there is no way for me to manually change it so I can't track my progress and goals. 2. During cardio again, it doesn't track any movement. 3. During the stretching, it says it will last 30 mins but ends around 12. Not sure if the issue is that I'm still figuring this out or if it is a legit bug. There are a lot of things that I like about this app such as the meal plans (still need to try them out and i hope there is the ability to make a full grocery list for the week easily) and I never knew the right ways to stretch so it's a nice education. I also like the workouts but could see them getting boring. I would really like to see some HIIT workout suggestions instead of having me make up my own. There plenty of cheaper apps that can sound an alarm when it's time to rest so although it's a nice add on, what I really need is more ideas on what to do for HIIT. I wanted to love this app so badly but what it's lacking is making me think this won't work out. I'm giving it 30 days and then making my final decision.

Payed

Sumugz

It requires you to pay once you install it payed

NOT WORTH IT. Paying to keep an app installed.

ThereAreBetterFreeApps

You can recreate this app. Buy the Ebook for much cheaper and download one of the many free workout apps. You're literally paying just to keep an app installed on your phone because there is no new content month-to-month. I'm still fighting with customer service to get out of it.

Terrible user experience

Denyellllllll

She should get a skilled mobile developer who cares about user experience to fix this app. It is the least intuitive app I've ever tried to use. Moving through it is difficult. Tracking your exercises is difficult. The timer isn't helpful. I have to click through to see the next exercise which stops me from working out. Using the printed guides is wayyyy more efficient.
