The best exercise app in the world!

I started using the SWEAT app about 2 years ago, and it has yet to let me down with what it has to offer. There is a wide range of workouts to choose: from yoga to barre to weight lifting, the options are endless. Being someone who can get easily bored by the same routine, the variety this app offers is AMAZING. And the quality of how these workouts are recorded is high, with the instructor not only showing how to do the workout with a breakdown of how to keep good form, but they also give some motivational shoutouts which is great. Outside of the workouts, there are challenges which provides a form of a support system when trying to get through a workout. There is also a food planner which gives you options on healthy meals, which give you the nutrients and energy to get these workouts done but they’re also delicious meals for a wide range of diets! I’m vegan, and the meals they have for a vegan diet are so cool. Would HIGHLY recommend this app, you truly will not be disappointed!

The workouts are efficient and can be tailored to your fitness level. The only thing I do not like, and I do not use, is the food planner. The meals are too complicated and time consuming to prepare the amount of food needed for a day. Otherwise, amazing workout app!!


App could be less buggy, but still worth it

Not an exaggeration to say these workouts have changed my life. At 36, I’m in the best shape I’ve ever been in, and after an initial couple of weeks of being sore, I’m finally at the point where I really do feel noticeably worse when I’m *not* keeping up with BBG. The app itself is not amazing - some parts are really not intuitive, i.e. uploading progress photos, and I wish you could get more of a full preview of the workouts before you switch programs - but I love having the app to guide me through the workouts and keep track of my progress. I hope the app keeps improving, because I’m hooked!

I love the BBG program!!! ????

Before the Sweat app I was doing a lot of cardio and lifting random weights at the gym (pre-covid) and was losing some weight but not seeing much results. In 4 weeks of the BBG program I saw my thighs start defining and slimming! After 8 weeks my arms and abs also started to show definition for the first time ever!!!!??? Needless to say, I am very impressed and it requires no equipment and they are only 30 minute workouts!! Definitely recommend this program!!
