I normally do BBG and loveee it but decided to give yoga with Anita a try. It’s just a mess - savasana is the second to last segment, so you’re winding down and then have to pop up and do challenging poses and then have no wind down. It’s obviously been put together out of order.

This is my favorite workout app. So many different exercises to choose from. Highly recommended.

This program is sooooo easy to follow with this app and you will start feeling results in 2 weeks and after 6 week I already had abs like it works y’all!
