I’m a weight trainer workout and I do love this app but I wish they would add some new exercises to the lifting at home program and also add workout using bands. They are great for at home workouts and a great way to train without weights

The workouts are HARD but so good and I’ve been feeling stronger with every one I complete. I love the community board and the recipes. Most of all I love this community of women that are all about getting STRONGER mentally and physically.

I’m obsessed with Sweat and the results I’m seeing! The trainers are all great. I’ve recently gotten excited about the Power program and like how it makes me feel more confident doing traditionally “male” exercises like bench press and cable pulls. Feeling like a bad a** :)

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I’ve used this fitness app for 5 consecutive years and I still love it! I love the variety of planned regimens as well as the flexibility to choose another trainer or a different training program.

I had been using a different fitness app for a few years but decided to switch due to changes the other app made. Sweat has been such a great switch! I love the different programs and trainers, it’s organized well, and gives great results. It was definitely worth the switch.
