I really like the convenience of the app & I use it at least once a week! However sometimes it’s hard to customize pizzas & I sometimes need to order more than 6 items.
Good but missing ingredients

The app works well and is fairly intuitive once you get used to it which does the take long. The main issue is that there are ingredients I’ve found at Subways around the country that aren’t available on the app. Oregano, Parmesan, etc. it’s also impossible to create a custom sandwich without working off one of the menu ones. I’d like twice the number of characters to type special instructions. Thanks for reading!
Keeps crashing.

The app is totally broken on my iPhone 11. It crashes the moment I try to open it. I’ve tried restarting and reinstalling, doesn’t work.

When I attempted to customize the sandwich it doesn’t allow me to get rid of ingredients or change the amounts anymore. The icons are unresponsive.

I had to give it a one star after they discontinued roast beef. Originally thought it was a glitch in the app, but after waiting months, it looks like they got rid of it forever. It was the only thing I ate at subway and I won’t be back until they bring it back.

Love Subway; but not this App. I’ve been through the ordering process- love how it’s handled, easy to customize a sub. Easy to find a Subway. For some reason this app constantly crashes when you get to order and pay. I’ll give this a couple more shots but then delete it. Easier to just go to the store and wait.
App would be great, but it rarely works and it’s not easy to use

This app times out often, freezes up, etc. It’s frustrating when there’s a promo offered but you can’t see which stores are actually honoring it, like the BOGO, etc. what’s the point of having an ad of the franchises don’t support it. I’ve deleted and reinstalled it many times trying to get it to work.
