Unusable with slow support response. – Stitcher for Podcasts Review

I decided to download in order to listen to bonus episodes of podcasts I love. Now that I’ve paid for a yearly subscription the app has decided I’m not actually a premium subscriber. Even after logging out and logging back in and deleting and re-downloading the app I still can’t access the content I’m paying for. I emailed customer support and got a form email saying they’re only open Monday-Friday and an initial response may take up to 72 hours. So that’s even more time I’ll have to wait before this is resolved. Reading other reviews I see I’m not the only one who has had this problem. They’ve already got my money for this year but if problems like this persist I won’t be renewing in the future.
