I am new to the Starbucks. I’ve ordered a few times and have loved every minute of it. This app is super easy to use and there’s no hassle. I order Im the store and pay with my loaded card. This app is super fun to use. You can change the item you choose to buy. I recommend this app.

The app is really good about uploading cash and paying but the ability to provide a tip disappears frequently. Frustrating

I refuse to reload my card $25 every time, that is just ridiculous. Bring back the $10 option. Starbucks is already going so far down hill and then this just irritated me further.

I love the Starbucks app! Mobile ordering is my favorite thing!! I can order pick up and go! But HOLY COW is it SLOW. My app freezes alllll the time. It takes sometimes 10 minutes to get my order to go thru. I have a brand new phone so that’s not the problem. Something has got to be wrong! I would actually order more than just a drink if it didn’t take so long.

C’mon Starbucks! Bring back the $10 option. Yes $10 and $25 is a huge difference.

Won’t let me pick a location...

I’ve always loved this app, but I haven’t been going to Starbucks in awhile so maybe I’m using the feature of finding the location wrong.. Every time I go to pick a store it won’t show the store on the list even though the green spot shows on the map and it’s a little annoying tbh. Again maybe I’m using it wrong idk.

Unable to load Starbucks Gifts errors

After March 29, 2018, this app can no longer be used with iMessenger. All attempts to access Starbucks app via iMessenger returns “Unable to load Starbucks Gifts”. No assistance available from phone calls to Starbucks EGifts Support. 05/27/18 Update: I am updating my review to five stars after I was finally able to talk to E-gift App Support instead of customer support who would only offer to take a new order for coffee. The app is now processing gifts via iMessenger.

It’s easy to use! I like having everything in one place. You can look up your purchase history, award expiration, offers, location of closest stores, and of course the menu.

Target is NOT a Starbucks

Can’t tolerate when traveling using my Starbucks app to search the area for the nearest Starbucks it directs you to a Target store!!!
