You either have to refresh three times to see your actual balance, or wait to be told you owe more money while in line... it’s been a problem for years and still hasn’t been addressed.
STOP FORCING US TO DO $25 RELOADS!!
Some egregious nickname
Went to order and reload my card and they REMOVED the $10 option, and what’s worse, for years now I’ve had it set at $10 as default and this new update kept RESETTING to $25 to the point where I UNKNOWINGLY reloaded at $25 and had to call starbucks to get a refund. This new move is totally shady and not ok. Bring back $10 reload-orders, stop switching everything to $25, and stop scamming us!! We already pay you plenty as it is.

I love the ease of this app, especially with mobile ordering. The only hiccup I’ve ran into is when I am paying with more than one gift card and I don’t want to reload yet. I get a lot of gift cards at my workplace, so this is kinda big for me. Today for instance, my total was $10.35. I had $10.85 between two gift cards, but could only use one and had to reload $25 on it to get it to complete my order. Love everything else about this app! I love the customization, ease of mobile order & pickup, and the rewards are great!
If your password doesn’t work and you’ve got TouchID

Big bug! If you have TouchID enabled and you change your password on the website you have to first login to the app WITHOUT TouchID and hit cancel if it prompts you for TouchID first. If you attempt to enter your correct password after touching TouchID, you’ll keep getting a message saying your password is incorrect even though you entered the correct password.

Horrible app. Hard to navigate. Keeps trying to make me order from a Starbucks extremely far from me. Today it won and I can’t go get my order.

Good app, please add: 1) scan e-gift cards feature, lots of people purchase e-gift online and get egift cards now for Christmas, BD, etc. would be nice not to have to enter 16 digits card + 8 digits code every time :( 2) One click re-order on fav drink, I usually drink the same thing every at the same local store. Right now taking 4-5 clicks to re-order is Kinda annoying
