Mad at the wallpapers

I used to use this all the time and mow it just force closes. I have to actually go to Starbucks and order to get my drink. And wait.

I used to love using the Starbucks app but I absolutely refuse to pay $25 upfront on a gift card at all times… Switch the minimum amount back to 10 this is simply taking advantage of customers no one should be forced to spend $25 minimum on a gift card


App DOESN’T work anymore

App DOESN’T launch anymore - as opposed to seeing the ‘blue death’ screen for laptops & computers - you now get to stare at the green Starbucks logo & no, clicking your red heels doesn’t bring you anywhere but frustration :(


Discontinued drinks

It's a real hassle to try to put together the drinks you fall in love with, then you discontinue. At least give the stores a list of the recipes!


No tips

I love this app, BUT.... I typically use cash because there’s no place to ad a tip! These people work SO hard they need the their tips!!! I will only use my app IF I have cash to tip! So, unfortunately, I don’t get any star points.... ☹️


Won’t let you log in!!!!

Worst app ever!!!!! I have an account that perfectly usable when I go onto the Starbucks website, but this app fails to accept my log in information that is EXACTLY IDENTICAL to the information I use to successfully log into the website. Extremely frustrating. Not happy at all.


Tired of Tips & History not Working

Used to be a great app. However, History and the ability to tip baristas has been broken since late March. I contacted support and received a message “We know it’s broken.” That was a month ago and still broken. The baristas should be complaining daily, as I’m sure this is putting dent in their tips!!! C’mon Starbucks, get the bugs fixed!!!! I've used the App for years and love everything that's been added, love mobile orders, etc. However, with the last couple of upgrades, I'm now regularly getting logged out. Not only is this frustrating for me, but as it happens for others, it bogs down the lines and slows the purpose of the payment aspects when in store. It's supposed to be fast, but it no longer is when you have to login almost every time!


History stopped syncing

App has worked fine for years. But the past week’s purchases have stopped showing up in my history. I’m losing faith in the rewards program. Please fix!

First you made under-$25 reloads unable to be set as the default, then you took it away altogether. I don’t always have $25 to reload at a time, Starbucks. Looks like I’ll be reloading in the store, defeating the purpose of this convenience app.
