I am no longer able to reload my card less than $25. I use to have the option to load $10, $15, $20 using Apple Pay. Please let me know if this is a new limitation or an actual bug.

I used to love the Starbucks app for placing my orders. There is now a $25 minimum for reloads. I don’t want to reload in $25 increments. Even the old $10 minimum before was kind of annoying at times, but I lived with it. I will not be using the app or Starbucks card anymore. Bad move, Starbucks.

I like the app but why do I have to login on the website to add Star rewards? Seems like it should be something I can do on the app

9 Click order a cup of coffee?

Does it really need to take 9 whole clicks to order the same cup of coffee from the same store every single day? Maybe the Starbucks developers should visit this website called Amazon.com to see how it can be done in 1 Click. Also why does the app think I’m 10 minutes away from the store, even when I’m outside the door - forcing yet another click and wasting more of my time. Note all other GPS apps get my location down perfectly

This app works great, I enjoyed it for over a year. Today I go to place an order and I find that the minimum amount I can put on my Starbucks card is $25. Where did the $10 option go? Sorry but I don’t want to be forced to transfer $25 dollars every time I want to reload my card. App deleted and never to be used again.
Who plans the SB sites?
mostly SB fan
Local SB has poor placement of shop with folks always looking for a parking spot and tempers flaring because of unreasonably small parking lot. No drive up window in a place with miserable winters. And very inconsistent quality of drink production. Don’t mind paying the price when done properly.

I can’t put money on the dumb card. It just keeps saying come back later. Would uninstall but I have a free drink saved on it.

I’ve used and loved the Starbucks app for over a year now, but in the last seven days, I’ve been jipped points 3 times. First, it was the “after 2pm event” where on two separate occasions, I purchased the qualifying item and received no credit for doing so, prohibiting me from earning the extra 175 points. Then I was given the challenge of buying items at Starbucks two days in a row for 25points and upon buying two days in a row, was only awarded 10 points.
